  • Keywords: Aging, longevity, and health; heterogeneity; individuality; inter-individual variation

  • Research: We study why certain individuals live longer than others, using C. elegans as a model. We develop novel microscopy, computational, and microfluidic technologies to understand why genetically identical individuals in a population live lives of different lengths and with different degrees of health.
