Meghan is a second year graduate student. Her primary research interests include enhancing end-of-life (EOL)  decision making/advance care planning among older adults and improving communication about end-of-life care preferences among older adults, their caregivers, and healthcare providers. She is broadly interested in ways to increase quality of EOL care for individuals by facilitating earlier access to palliative care and hospice care services when appropriate. Meghan is currently working on a project that will examine ways to enhance communication between hospital palliative care teams and other hospital providers.
