I joined the Herzog lab as a Postdoctoral Fellow in December 2014. I received dual B.S.degrees in Animal and Poultry Sciences and Business from Tuskegee University, Masters of Science in Zoology with a minor in Biotechnology from North Carolina State University, Raleigh,NC and PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI.  My current research aims to determine the roles that both genetic and environmental distruptions of circadian rhythms play in risk of preterm birth.
