Postdoctoral Fellow

I received my Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from UNAM in Mexico City, I studied the effect of obesity on behavioral rhythms.  I joined the Herzog lab as a Postdoctoral Fellow in December 2014.  I am currently investigating the ontogeny of the mouse SCN.  My research aims to determinate the development of rhythmicity and synchronization. I measure Period 2 expression in SCN explants. When I'm not in the lab, I'm enjoying the beauty arts.
