Linking to Documents

  1. Upload your document to Box
  2. Click the "Share" button 
  3. In the new window that opens, click the drop-down menu below the link and select the option for "Anyone with the link"
  4. Copy the link
  5. Go to your web page and highlight the text that you wish to use as link text. Do not use general words such as "click here," instead describe what the visitor is going to get if they follow the link. For instance "Download a copy of the form."
  6. With the text highlighted, click on the link tool in your toolbar and paste in the link you copied from box.
