• June 26, 2017:  Congratulations to Cynthia & Soon - our collaboration with the Maeda lab on tyrosine biosynthesis in legumes is published at Nature Chemical Biology and highlighted in the Washington University Record, on the Advanced Photon Source website, in Nature Plants, and on the DOE-BER Stuctural Biology site.

• December 11-15, 2011:  Joe is a speaker at the 50th Phytochemical Society of North America Meeting in Kona, Hawaii.

 

• November 2011:  Joe becomes Section Chief Editor of Frontiers in Plant Metabolism and Chemodiversity.

• October 27, 2011:  Saraceno - A Sustainable Future at the Kemper Art Museum.  Joe was part of an interdisciplinary panel that discussed some of the concepts posed by Tomás Saraceno's art, such as the legacy of the utopian impulse in contemporary art and architecture and the scientific, cultural, and aesthetic dimensions of sustainability.

• October 22, 2011:  Sheri, Tara, and Jonathan present posters at the Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium.  Tara receives an HHMI Travel Award to support her attendance at Experimental Biology 2012 in San Diego.

• February 8, 2008:  St. Louis Post-Dispatch publishes “Company Turns to Danforth Plant Center to Develop a Green Plastic” on the collaboration between the Danforth Center and Metabolix that is funded by the Missouri Life Sciences Trust Fund.
