Online Survey of Treatment Preferences

What is the study about?

The purpose of this study is to learn more about what treatments options people with anxious and/or depressive symptoms would prefer.

Why are you doing this study?

There are currently many different ways to treat anxiety and depression. More recently, there has been a lot of interest in treating anxiety and depression remotely, that is, over the internet or over the phone. However, we do not know whether or not people who have problems with anxiety or depression are interested in these remote treatments.

Who can participate?

Anyone who is at least 18 years of age.

What would I have to do?

Participants will be asked several questions about their past experience with traditional face-to-face therapy, remote therapies, and their hypothetical preference for future methods of treatment delivery.

How long will it take?

About 1/2 an hour.
