Technical Resources

A graduate student volunteer will be present at every session to help the Chair with time keeping, any A/V issues, and supplying water.
The 90 minutes allotted for each contributed session should be split evenly among presenters, making sure each allotment includes time for Q&A.
Presenters can upload their slides to each session room using a USB drive, or the web.
It is also possible for Presenters to upload their slides or new drafts of their papers to Conference Maker.  We have delegated the maximum power possible on Conference Maker to our presenters.
