Salon members William Acree, Matt Erlin, Kristina Kleutghen, Rebecca Messbarger, and Wolfram Schmidgen have been awarded fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Rebecca Messbarger will be a Faculty Fellow at the Center for the Humanities in fall, 2013 and Tili Boon Cuillé will be a Faculty Fellow in spring, 2014 dedicated to the theme of "affect." 

Kristina Kleutghen is on leave in 2013-2014 as a Getty Research Institute-National Endowment for the Humanities (GRI-NEH) Postdoctoral Fellow for the project “Visions of the West: Rediscovering Eighteenth-Century Chinese Perspective Prints and Viewing Devices.”



The Salon has benefited from a Faculty Seminar Grant from the Center for the Humanities at Washington University in St. Louis since 2011.
